- Can I purchase an LUXURY VIOLET gift card at the Order ?

Yes, we sell LUXURY VIOLET gift cards, you can charge it starting from 25 US and gift it to whom you love.

- Can someone help me plan and design rooms?

LUXURY VIOLET store offer a home decoration consultation if you wish to furnish an entire room or home.

- How much does delivery cost?

(We deliver your items for free).

This depends on the item and the amount of money you spent on your purchases.

However, in the shipping page you can see the details about the shipping processes and costs.

- How long would it take for my orders to arrive ?

We generally deliver all orders in (8 to 15) working days. ,

there might be occasional delay due to customs clearance processes, which are totally out of our control.

 

- How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will immediately send you an email containing a tracking number.

Using this number, you will be able to know where is your item and when it is going to arrive to you.

 In case you did not receive this email, please email us at info@luxuryviolet.com.

- What if I change my mind after I receive my order?

Customers can benefit from our Returns & Refunds please read conditions of Returns & Refunds .

- What payment methods does luxuryviolet.com accept?

Currently we accept (Credit Cards payments). If you would like to use a different payment method, our team will assist your request!

Please contact us directly at info@luxuryviolet.com to arrange the payment.

- Are my personal details given to third parties?

We sometimes need to hire other companies to help us provide our services. We limit the information we give them, to ensure this is only used for the fulfilment of your order. They are strictly monitored by LUXURY VIOLET team in order to make certain our customer privacy is always protected.

- Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?

This depends on the area you are ordering from.
If you order from Europe, for instance, you will be charged with VTA duties. In
other words, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes.

Please be aware that luxuryviolet.com does not have any control for any duties,
customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We
cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to
country.    

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by luxuryviolet.com,

please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges

- What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

We always work hard to ensure that all items are
of the highest quality and guarantee to our customers a great brand experience.
However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us
at info@luxuryviolet.com, so we can urgently review the matter and find
the best solution for you.

- What is your returns policy?

We offer 14 days after delivery hassle-free return for your items.

The item/s must be in original condition. Item/s
must not have been used in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns
that do not meet above requirements. 

luxuryviolet.com offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

- How do I request a return?

To initiate a return, simply email us at info@luxuryviolet.com using the same E-mail address you used to order the item.

We will send you the address you need to use to send back the items.

Once we receive the items, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).  

luxuryviolet.com cannot be held liable for the loss of the items during the return process.

We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

currently, we deliver to (United state & United Kingdom). We have collaborated with variety of shipping
companies to guarantee reaching our customers easily.  

- Is it safe to purchase from luxuryviolet.com Store?

Absolutely! luxuryviolet.com uses variety of technological security methods to ensure a safe payment for our customers.

In addition, our privacy policy indicates that we do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.
